Glasses

Yep, you guessed it. In a mere 2 weeks, Collin and Cayla will be the proud owners of glasses (that we hope will not be destroyed in the following 2 weeks). We went to the eye doctor on Thursday, and found out that Cayla has a stigmatizm. This means that the shape of her eye is a bit abnormal, which makes her both near and far-sighted. Collin is far-sighted (more in one eye than another). Right now, the doctor says that Collin is compensating with the stronger eye, so he won't notice a difference with glasses, which might we'll have a heck of a time getting him to wear them. Since a lot of eye development happens in the third trimester, which they spent entirely out of the womb, we fully expected eye issues to surface at some point.
