Kitty Crunchies

We're going to our good friend, L's, birthday tonight. Her family goes gaga over halloween and L's birthday is always filled with costumes, pumpkins, spooky stuff, and gross food. I mean really gross food. I'm trying to remember what they had last year, but I think I've blocked it out. All I can pull up are the bloody finger cookies. But, those were tasty and creative, not really gross. And I know that Rosie and Joe's kids wouldn't eat pancakes for a long while after last year's party.

Cayla and I decided to get into the fun this year and just whipped up some kitty crunchies. They are a bit too realistic and sort of grossing me out. Cayla thinks they are yummy! How can you go wrong with marshmallows, rice krispies, and cocoa?

I just read this outloud to Cayla and she told me that we made POOP, not crunchies! Oh yes we did.
